Cocktails as part of the larger event

Your guests will be arriving and meeting other guests. Perhaps some of your guests are clients just visiting Toronto. Or they might all be staff who work closely and are enjoying each other's company away from the office.

You want to create an atmosphere that is conducive to conversation, yet one where there is a sense of anticipation for the evening ahead.

The Royz Band will perform a wonderful selection of cocktail style music that will perfectly set the tone for your corporate event.

If the cocktails are served in a lobby or separate area from the main room, the musicians will set up in that area and create a wonderful oasis of music that will complement the mood, the venue and your vision for the event.

If the cocktails are being served in the same room as the dinner and dancing then the band can perform cocktail music from the stage, and even include some vocal variety - jazz, classical, latin, pop, blues, celtic, - you name it.

(Full Event Package option - If cocktails are taking place in the main dining/dancing room and you prefer to save your live performance hours for later, the cocktail music can also be supplied through the DJ system)

Cocktail receptions have always been a popular choice for many Toronto Corporate Events - from convention opening nights, to product showcases, receptions following a business meeting, in-office parties, staff appreciation nights and more.

For events where there is more of a party element desired, the music will start out background, but gradually become the main focus of the event. With our huge repertoire, we will take the party to whatever limit you want to set.

Classical Cocktails will be a wonderful selection of classical pieces to relax those jangled nerves and create the backdrop for any event where you want the music to be soothing and upscale.

Hip Cocktails will be an ecclectic mixture of all styles of music, with or without vocals. We can throw in some blues, pop, alternative, along with classical and jazz background music that will keep your guests surprised and delighted.
